Version 1.6 of Black Belt Systems' conversion software, taken from their BBS
and reposted here. Designed as a tool for HAM-E owners, but pretty handy
even if you don't have one. (The docs state that anyone can use it.)
Converts from a bunch of different formats to 24-bit IFF files that can then
be used directly with the HAM-E or other 24-bit devices, or you can render
them with DigiView, TAD, etc. Supports the following formats:
