Gives your 2.0 "Busy" pointer (a Clock) a spinning hand.
PointerX won't just spin the Workbench's clock hand, but will
spin any pointer that looks like it - including any of your own
sstuff that uses the proper pointer. (The proper pointer is included
in source form). Includes source, drops in WBStartup. 2.0-Only.
