This material was submitted to me on disk directly by the author, Wolf-Peter
Dehnick, for inclusion in the library.  Thanks Wolf-Peter!

These 8 color icons have been made for an 8-color Hi-res interlaced screen.
I added the script to generate a bootable demo disk that will display the
icons in all their glory.
