Upd.ReadMe-1st

  The sound program "UPD" has been hex-edited & renamed for my own
purposes, to change the name "UPD" and "UPD.IDS" to "SND" and "SND.CFG".  I
find these names much more logical & easier to remember.  When reading the
documentation for UPD, remember that when the author refers to the program
file "UPD", it is now called "SND" and when he refers to the configuration
file for UPD, "UPD.IDS", it is now called "SND.CFG".
