SID2 Updates

v2.00b (3/28/92)
1) SID2 no longer crashes when inserting a row at the bottom of the button
bank.
2) When displaying the "Program - Save Prefs" submenu on some older Amiga
500's, the screen would "blank" briefly. This has been fixed by reducing
the distance between each menu item by 1 pixel.
3) The "Dirs - Refresh Distance" configuration edit menu item had the wrong
help file associated with it.
v2.00a (3/20/92):
1) SID2 will not terminate when it encounters Kickstart v1.2. I do not
guarantee that it will work with 1.2, but at least it will try.
2) When editing message box colors, the message box previews will not
overwrite the buttons on each side of the Color requester.
3) Pressing <HELP> while in the Launch requester now displays the correct
help file.
4) Opening the SID2 screen behind all others no longer crashes under
Kickstart 2.04.
5) Double-clicking on a zip file will attempt to display the contents of the
archive if set up in the Launch requester.
